Milfords were appointed to carry out an extensive refurbishment, extension, and loft conversion on this lovely, sizeable property. Working closely with the Clients we created an Orangery as well as a wine Cellar. The property has been completely rewired and replumbed, sympathetically, to be modern, but in keeping with the character of this grand house.

Pitshanger Village
Milford's were tasked to complete the full refurbishment, works to the roof and ground floor single-storey extension of this property. We renewed all the windows and doors throughout, internal structural alterations and full refurbishment to a very high level. We worked closely with the Architect and Client to produce their vision for the project as well as sympathetically dealing with the challenges of the conservation area.
A single-story rear extension and refurbishment project with a new kitchen and updated heating requirements, including a new boiler and underfloor heating. This split-level kitchen with accents of lilac looks stunning, especially with the floor-to-ceiling bi-fold doors.
